Move Tutors & Relearners

This guide will detail the various move tutors and relearners that are available, including their locations and cost per move.

Move Relearner

The Move Relearner (named Move Tutor in-game) can teach a Pokemon any move that its species is able to learn at an earlier level. This only includes moves it can learn via level-up.

Location: In a building east of the Pokemon Center on Two Island.

Cost: Free.

Move Tutor

The Move Tutor can teach a Pokemon specific moves that they were able to learn via the move tutors in the original US/UM Pokemon games.

Location: Within the Clan War building in Vermilion City.

Cost: Tutor Move Ticket

Egg Move Tutor

The Egg Move Tutor can teach a Pokemon specific moves that they would normally be able to learn via breeding.

Location: Within the Clan War building in Vermilion City.

Cost: Egg Move Ticket

Transfer Move Tutor

The Transfer Move Tutor can teach a Pokemon specific moves that they would normally be able learn in a previous generation. Only gen 3 and forward.

Location: In the building east of the Pokemon Center in Vermilion City.

Cost: Transfer Move Ticket

Event Move Tutor

The Event Move Tutor can teach a Pokemon specific moves that they would normally be able learn through special event distributions.

Location: In the PvP building in Vermilion City.

Cost: Event Move Ticket

Pre-Evo Move Tutor

The Pre-Evo Move Tutor can teach a Pokemon specific moves that are exclusive to their pre-evolutions.

Location: In a building east of the Pokemon Center on Two Island.

Cost: 50k

The Move Bank is located on each Pokemons summary page, and stores every move they have ever known. These can be relearned for free. You must be in a Pokemon Center to relearn moves from the Move Bank.
